Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• Text and backgrounds are chosen for strong contrast, and text can be enlarged with your browser's zoom.
• Photos have text descriptions for screen readers.
• Buttons and links are real buttons and links that work with a keyboard, with tap targets sized for fingers.
• Animation is reduced when your device is set to "reduce motion."
• The site is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Chinese, and tells your browser which language each page is in.

Known limitations

Some parts of the experience are run by others and may not meet the same standard, including Chez Realty's home search, Casa Clara, Instagram and embedded third-party content. If anything on this site is hard to use, please tell us and we will help directly.
