Price opinions are not appraisals

A price opinion is a licensed real estate agent's estimate based on recent comparable sales. It is not an appraisal, and an appraisal may come in higher or lower. Past sales do not predict the price of any specific home.

Monthly cost estimates are for information only. They are not a loan offer, pre-approval, rate quote or commitment to lend. Casa Clara is a tool by Premier Financial Group of Florida, LLC, NMLS #366447, owned by Abdallah H. Fragomeno. Using it is optional, and you may choose any lender. Loan terms depend on credit, property, program and market conditions at the time you apply.

Market figures come from third-party sources such as MIAMI REALTORS® and the MLS, and are dated and sourced where shown. Listing and sales information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, may change without notice, and should be independently verified. Sales shown in market news include all brokerages and were not necessarily handled by us; unless we say otherwise, we were not involved in the sales or projects described.

Photos labeled illustrative, or showing an area, do not show a specific property for sale or a property we sold. Photography is credited on each page.

No brokerage relationship from using the site

Using this site, reading our content or contacting us does not create a brokerage relationship. In Florida, real estate licensees are presumed to work as transaction brokers unless another relationship is agreed in writing. A buyer or seller relationship with us begins only when you sign a written agreement with Chez Realty, which will state our duties and compensation.
